Medical appraisal scenarios

NHS England South has commissioned a series of videos to support organisations and individuals to develop appraisal skills by showcasing a number of scenarios to help appraisers explore helpful behaviours, mindsets and strategies.

This useful resource provides opportunities for appraisers to reflect on their individual approaches and gives good practical examples on how to improve the appraisal meeting.
