Patient leadership: working together with doctors to make care better

The webinar opened with different methods to frame patient and public engagement and Mark went on to suggest ways that medics might better elicit patient views both within their practice and their practices.

Topics included shared decision making, unwanted variation, behaviour change, information as a therapy, health literacy and moving beyond tokenism.
