This interactive webinar was chaired by Dr John Gillies, Chair of RCGP Scotland included a presentation from Dr Miles Mack, incoming Chair of RCGP Scotland, and Dr Michelle Watts, Associate Medical Director, Primary Care Services, and explored values based leadership and its implications for the NHS in Scotland. The webinar also looked at leadership from general practice in a changing landscape.
