Ms Ronke Adejolu

Ronke is a multifaceted senior healthcare systems leader, a nurse, with a background in health services management. She is also a digital leader with an impressive career spanning key roles across the NHS, Private Healthcare, IT, AHSN, Management Consultancy and the Telecoms sector. She brings years of operational and strategic experience, leading, influencing, reshaping the vision, and delivering successful change across complex transformation programmes and initiatives. She brings the credibility of compassionate, inclusive leadership, a user-centric approach, partnership-working, critical thinking, collective decision-making and collaboration to her work.

Ronke is passionate about cultivating and fostering a psychologically safe, respectful, equitable culture of learning, improvement, targeted and continuous professional development where nurses and the collective NHS staff  are valued, succeed, and thrive regardless of who they are or where they sit within an organisation.

Ronke is a public speaker and regularly shares her experience giving authentic and insightful reflections into her diverse career trajectory. She is a respected member of the Shuri Network, a Topol Digital Alumni, aDDoN Alumni, a Digital Health CCIO Advisory panel member, an HETT working group, Digital Award Judge and an HSJ Digital Award Judge for 2023
