I am proud to be a nurse, a paediatric nurse, and the Deputy Chief Nurse at Birmingham Women’s and Children’s Hospital where I have enjoyed a long and successful career. I have a proven track record of compassionate, creative and collaborative leadership, which is evidence based and values driven.
Forming part of the senior leadership team in an organisation which has achieved two consecutive CQC ratings of ‘Outstanding’, I have a passion for developing and inspiring the nursing workforce, delivering excellent care in an organisation which strives to be the best place to work, where all of our people can thrive as individuals as well as in teams.
