This programme has been developed to support new consultants’ introduction into the organisation and also for their development. The aim of all monthly sessions is to facilitate our new consultant colleagues to develop their own peer support networks.
Participants will undertake 1x 4 hour module comprised of various sessions, each month, in order to complete the programme.
