Oxford Emerging Leaders Programme

The Emerging Leaders Programme is a project based healthcare leadership course based at Oxford University Hospitals and runs over six months. Participants work on team leadership projects, supported by monthly skills workshops, inspiring guest speakers and a supportive community of alumni. The programme provides a strong general foundation in leadership, project management, conflict management and influence for early to mid-career healthcare professionals

The programme uses blended learning techniques to introduce and develop leadership and teamwork skills. Participants are encouraged to actively employ learning in their environments through team quality improvement projects, affording them an opportunity to experiment with and adapt new skills and techniques.
