FMLM response to Shape of Training Review

This response focuses on the need to strengthen postgraduate training in leadership and management for patient benefit, and makes recommendations to support this.

It has been prepared following semi-structured interviews and consultation with over sixty trainee members of the faculty, as well as a selection of senior faculty members including postgraduate deans, and is grounded in their experiences and perspectives.
