Effective medical leaders are needed to ensure the healthcare system delivers the best care to patients.

FMLM offers a headhunting service to members interested in stepping up to medical and clinical director roles.

What is it?

FMLM’s headhunting service, in partnership with Hunter Healthcare, aims to find skilled and experienced medical leaders for key leadership positions in the health service.

In addition, FMLM and Hunter Healthcare are building a collection of ‘Recruitment in clinical leadership’ resources to support doctors in their career progression.

Why join?

By registering on the FMLM headhunting database, you will make your profile and aspirations visible. Not only will you be in the best position to hear of relevant career opportunities, but you will also be supported in the applications you make for these roles.

This service will also enable you to access impartial, up to date and accurate careers advice from sector experts with access to live opportunities and direct knowledge of the skills and expertise currently in demand nationally and internationally in your own area of expertise.

How it works

To register for the headhunting service you must be a member of FMLM and in a current leadership position in secondary care. To add your details to the headhunting database, you can do so as part of the membership sign up or by registering separately to our headhunting database. Shortly after signing up, a member of the Hunter Healthcare Clinical Search team will be in touch to better understand your skills and experience.
