What is it?

FMLM’s headhunting service, in partnership with Hunter Clinical, aims to find skilled and experienced medical leaders for key leadership positions in the health service.

Together, FMLM and Hunter Clinical have developed leadership resources, including webinars, videos and articles to support doctors in their career progression. Our most recent Recruitment in Clinical Leadership series aims to support doctors across all career stages to understand the recruitment world and to support doctors in their career progression.

Why join?

By registering on the FMLM headhunting database, you will make your profile and aspirations visible. Not only will you be in the best position to hear of relevant career opportunities, but you will also be supported in the applications you make for these roles.

This service will also enable you to access impartial, up to date and accurate careers advice from sector experts with access to live opportunities and direct knowledge of the skills and expertise currently in demand nationally and internationally in your own area of interest.

How it works

To register for the headhunting service you must be a member of FMLM and in a current leadership position. To add your details to the headhunting database, you can do so as part of the membership sign up or by registering separately to our headhunting database. Shortly after signing up, a member of the Hunter Healthcare Clinical Search team will be in touch to better understand your skills and experience.
