All clinicians, not just those in official leadership roles, should strive
to improve their leadership and management skills.

These skills can be enhanced in a number of ways – for instance, by increasing awareness about your own strengths and weaknesses and seeking specific ways to improve areas that you feel need to be built and reinforced. At FMLM we look to provide ways to do this and to draw attention to the activities of other organisations and individuals that have the same aims.
