Outcomes

Our fundamental goal is to improve the quality of care patients receive. To achieve this, we are building on the growing evidence linking leadership and clinical outcomes.

We are working to understand the detail of this association and the type of leadership development which will best deliver the quality results we are aiming for. As an important start, FMLM is working collaboratively to define the standards of medical leadership we should expect of our leaders.
